Every year, as the spring season approaches, I remember my bad experience with a tick bite and I prefer not to go outdoors.

In fact, I was always looking forward to warmer days and getting outdoors. But the story changed in 2021, when I had a tick bite experience and contracted tick-borne menigoencephalitis.
