The General Terms and Conditions of Business govern the operation of the online shop, the rights and obligations of the user and the shop, and regulate the business relationship between the online shop www.bubble-bite.com/si/ and the buyer. The Buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions, which are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order).

Accessibility of information

Bubble Labs d.o.o. undertakes to provide the following information to the purchaser at all times:

  • the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration and tax number),
  • contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently,
  • the essential features of the goods or services (including after-sales service and guarantees),
  • product availability (every product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time, up to 1 month),
  • the terms of delivery of the product (method, place and date of delivery),
  • all prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated and it must be shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
  • method of payment and delivery,
  • the time validity of the offer,
  • the period within which the contract may be withdrawn and the conditions for withdrawal,
  • an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.

Offer of items

Due to the nature of doing business online, the offers and prices in the online shop www.bubble-bite.com/si/ are updated and changed frequently and quickly.

Prices and offers of items are limited in time and Bubble Labs d.o.o. reserves the right to extend the offer, change the price or withdraw the offer as time expires.

Order from

The contract of sale between the online shop www.bubble-bite.com/si/ and the Buyer is concluded in the online shop www.bubble-bite.com/si/ at the moment when www.bubble-bite.com sends the first e-mail to the Buyer about the status of his/her order. From that moment on, all prices and other terms and conditions are fixed and apply to both the online shop www.bubble-bite.com/si/ and the Buyer. The buyer is the person with the details as stated when the order was placed.

The purchase contract (i.e. the first e-mail about the status of the order) is stored electronically on the www.bubble-bite.com/si/ server.

Delivery time

All orders placed during the weekdays before 12:00 are dispatched the same day, in case of payment on delivery or via PayPal. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Payment methods

The online shop www.bubble-bite.com offers the following payment methods:

  • cash on collection via the Post Slovenije delivery service
  • by PayPal to your company account
  • by credit card

Delivery costs

Postage is € 5 for all purchases, except for purchases over € 35,00, for which postage is free.

Invoicing

The invoice will be sent to the email address provided after the package has been collected.

The invoice will break down the price and all costs related to the purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information before placing an order.

Prices

All prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order. Prices are valid in the case of payment by the payment methods indicated above, under the conditions indicated above.

Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, www.bubble-bite.com/si/ will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase.

Discounts, promotional codes, etc. are generally not cumulative. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Discount code

The discount code offers various benefits when you buy online at www.bubble-bite.com/ and is time-limited and must be used within a limited period of time or it is invalid. The active discount code can be found on the front page of the advertisement, in our e-newsletter or in other media.

In the event that a customer redeems a discount code but later cancels the order with the redeemed code of his/her own free will, he/she is no longer entitled to the new benefits of the discount code.

The discount code is a one-time code, which means that it can only be used once. It is not possible to combine different forms of benefits (discount code, promotional code and bonus) within the same order.

Using a discount code

Only one discount code can be redeemed per purchase.

  • Select the product you want to buy and add it to your basket.
  • At the checkout, enter the discount code in the DISCOUNT CODE box and click the CONFIRM button.
  • When you enter a discount code, the value of the discount code is automatically deducted from the price of your order. You are left with a balance to pay.

Purchase procedure

  • Select a product: On the www.bubble-bite.com/si/ website, select the package with the number of products. The selected package will be moved to your basket. You can continue with the same process of selecting your product(s) or you can end your purchase.
  • To remove an item from your shopping basket: On the www.bubble-bite.com/si/ website, there is a shopping basket icon in the top right-hand corner, where (by clicking on the icon) you can see the products you have added to your shopping basket while browsing the online shop. If the user wants to remove a product from the shopping basket, he/she must click on the number of products and select 0 . This will remove the selected product from the shopping basket.
  • Completing your purchase: To complete your order, you must fill in the ticked boxes.
  • Delivery address: you must provide the required contact details marked with a red asterisk (first name, last name, e-mail address, address, city, postcode and telephone number), which we need to confirm and complete your order and to deliver the product.
  • Payment method:You can choose between cash on delivery, credit card or Paypal.
  • To continue your order, click on the SUBMIT ORDER button to move to the next step of your order.
  • Additional offer: an additional offer will be displayed on the website, which you can skip to complete your purchase, but if you would like to buy the product, it will be automatically added to your order by clicking on the BUY button.
  • Order overview:If your order has been successfully placed, you will see Thank you and your order will be sent to the address below.
  • Purchase notification procedure:

1. Order confirmation

After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. The online shop www.bubble-bite.com/si/ will review the order, check the availability of the ordered items and confirm or reject the order with a reason. In order to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery, www.bubble-bite.com/si/ may call the Buyer on his contact telephone number. The products displayed on www.bubble-bite.com/si/ are in stock. In the event that a product is out of stock, www.bubble-bite.com/si/ will notify the customer and advise the customer of the product's delivery date. If the delivery time is very long and the Buyer does not wish to wait, the Buyer may notify www.bubble-bite.com/si/, which will remove the item from the order and refund any monies already paid and, at the Buyer's option, either deliver the remaining items in the order or cancel the entire order.

2. The order is dispatched

The online shop www.bubble-bite.com/ shall prepare and dispatch the item within the agreed time limit and notify the Buyer by e-mail.

In the event that the Buyer decides to cancel the order in due time, the Buyer shall immediately notify the Seller via the form or by e-mail to [email protected]. If the order has already been dispatched, the Buyer shall refuse the delivery to the delivery service.

Purchase for legal persons

The purchase process for legal persons is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that at the end of the purchase process, you enter your company name and tax number.

Consumer's right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, the consumer has the right to send an email to the company within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods. [email protected] or by any other communication channel, without being obliged to give a reason for his decision.

The time limit starts to run one day after the date of collection of the goods.

In addition to returning the product in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging, it is desirable that the customer who withdraws from the contract gives reasons for returning the product in order to obtain feedback to improve the consumer service.

The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order. The consumer shall return the goods to Bubble Labs d.o.o., Stranska vas 43d, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia. The only cost to be borne by the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the order is the direct cost (postage) of returning the goods.

We do not accept returns with a ransom note. Returned parcels sent with a ransom note will be rejected.

The consumer must return the item to the seller unopened, undamaged, unused and in unaltered quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity, without any fault on the part of the consumer. The consumer may not use the goods until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the goods to the extent strictly necessary to establish the factual situation. The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution is the result of handling which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The consumer shall not have the right of withdrawal in the case of contracts the subject-matter of which is an article which has been manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions, which has been adapted to the consumer's personal needs, which is by its nature unsuitable for return, which is perishable, or which has reached the end of its useful life.

The company shall return the payments received to the consumer using the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of another means of payment and unless the consumer bears no costs as a result.

In the event of withdrawal from a contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code has been used, these funds shall be considered as a discount and shall not be returned to the consumer. Only the amount paid will be refunded to the user.

Substantive error

A material error is when:

  • the item does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or circulation,
  • the item does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, which were known or should have been known to the seller,
  • the goods do not have the characteristics and qualities that were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
  • the seller has handed over an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for information only.

The buyer must inform the online shop www.bubble-bite.com of any material defect, together with a detailed description of the defect, within the statutory time limit and at the same time allow inspection of the goods.

Liability for material defects

The seller is liable for material defects that the goods had at the time when the risk passed to the buyer, whether or not the seller was aware of this. The seller is also liable for material defects which appear after the risk has passed to the buyer, if they are the result of a cause which existed before that time. Insignificant material defects shall be disregarded.

Delivery

Our contractual partner for the delivery of parcels within Slovenia is the delivery service Pošta Slovenije , but Bubble Labs d.o.o. reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable it to fulfil the order more efficiently.

Security

The online shop www.bubble-bite.com/si/ uses appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders and payments. The provider assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damage to computer/hardware equipment or other property, as well as any viruses that may affect the user's equipment as a result of visiting the website, downloading texts, images, data.

Assessments, opinions and recommendations

Customer reviews, ratings and recommendations are part of the functionality of the online shop and are intended for the community of all users.

Limitation of liability

However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery date or the price may change so quickly that www.bubble-bite.com/si/ sometimes fails to correct the information on the website. In such a case, www.bubble-bite.com/si/ will inform the customer of the changes and give him the opportunity to withdraw from the contract or to exchange the ordered item.

www.bubble-bite.com/si/ also has the possibility to withdraw from the contract only if a manifest error is found (Art. 46 CC). A manifest error is considered to be an error in the essential characteristics of the item and any mistakes which, according to the custom of the trade or the intention of the parties, are considered to be decisive and which www.bubble-bite.com/si/ would not have acknowledged or entered into the contract if it had known about. This also includes manifest errors in price.

Exclusion of liability

We reserve the right to disable the Website or to prevent access to the Website due to technical or other problems and maintenance, including disabling or impeding the use of the Online Shop. In the event of technical problems with the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed and affected by the technical fault. In the event of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the appropriate protective equipment is in place for access to the website.

Complaints and disputes

Bubble Labs d.o.o. complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. Bubble Labs Ltd. makes every effort to comply with its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system.

Complaints should be submitted via the email address [email protected]. The complaint handling process is confidential. The online shop www.bubble-bite.com/si/ will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the customer informed of the progress of the procedure.

We recognise that a key feature of consumer disputes is the disproportionate relationship between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs involved in resolving the dispute, which is also a major barrier to consumers taking their disputes to court. Therefore, www.bubble-bite.com/si/ makes every effort to resolve potential disputes amicably.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with the legal norms, www.bubble-bite.com/si/ does not recognise any other providers of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of consumer disputes, with the exception of the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP) listed below, which may be used by the consumer in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes.
